Add Pula to currency list

Companies here in Botswana will benefit from this, as our local currency here is Pula. Without Pula accounting firms here will not use Go Proposal.

Remove the "select package" section

We don't use it, so would be great to have the option to turn it off

Key Dates for Charities

It would be good to have a key dates option for charity filing submissions in addition to the company house submission. Charity Commission is a month later.
