Duplicate proposals - "please note" section should also be duplicated

Similar instructions tend to apply to certain types of proposals. Example, advisory services are charged on an hourly basis. The notes will include when payment is to be collected, ie on submission of a report.

Annualized billing reflected on the calculations page

In the calculation area, when I switch to Annualized billing, I would like to see the figures in that area also change. Currently, I have to scroll down and populate the PDF to view the annual total.
