We sell on a Weekly Subscription Schedule for Bookkeeping and Taxes and explaining our Proposal program is flawed and that monthly means weekly has caused confusion and loss of prospects.

Search sanctions and PEP lists etc at early stage

The KYC and RA stages need an answer to sanctions and PEP questions, but no search facility is offered. This means that I have to use a competitor product (at further cost) to achieve this

Change the renewal template to not create an onboarding task in AM

I don't need to do the onboarding process for my existing clients so don't require the onboarding task to be set up in Accountancy Manager. Ideally, I may even want to set up a shorter task to check their AML but not the rest.

Be able to edit the KYC's once they are sent to approver for example if the the completer has made a mistake you can't change it

Its frustrating that it can't be changed once its sent to approver as it means there is wrong documentation on the file forever

add placeholders in the xero integration

in the xero settings on the reference code section, are there more placeholders other than [proposal_id], eg can i have [month year] to shows August 2023 on the reference

Ability to toggle off Service You Have Selected details for calculation

In the proposal templates, we would like to be toggle off the grey box with the items used to calculate the line item pricing such as # of transactions per month.
