Notification or Email from GP for AML Checks Completed by Client

This would be usual so that our admin team can complete the auto approval and download the AML check for file completion without going through all the client lists to see who's waiting to be reviewed

Make Letters of Engagement Printable for Manual Signature

There are still some legacy clients that will need to manually sign a printed engagement letter. It would be helpful if the engagement letter could provide a space for this with the option to print.

Export line items with client information

To be easily able to generate a list of clients that have signed up for a certain service. Particularly useful if a certain service is outsourced and you need to send a client list to the outsourcer.

Ability to download reports by services/line items would be very useful

We are constantly adapting and trying to improve our workflows so would find it very useful to be able to run a report on which clients have specific services or line items in their current proposals.
