Allow an export of all contacts and current status etc. to excel.

This would then enable work to be carried out on the contacts that require things doing on them and passing them on to team members to do.

Ability to download reports by services/line items would be very useful

We are constantly adapting and trying to improve our workflows so would find it very useful to be able to run a report on which clients have specific services or line items in their current proposals.

Export line items with client information

To be easily able to generate a list of clients that have signed up for a certain service. Particularly useful if a certain service is outsourced and you need to send a client list to the outsourcer.

Allow merge fields in engagement letter wording

I have been trying to use merge fields in the T@Cs of an engagement letter and it isn't working. I contacted Go Proposal and they have said this is not an option at the moment.
