Disengagement letter is great except the last paragraph which talks about signing and returning a duplicate letter. We do everything by email and would email the letter to our client. Therefore we would want them to email back. The last paragraph of the letter makes it unusable for us.
In the disengagement letter under the title "Confirmation of our agreement" it states that "If it is not returned to us within 30 days of the date of the letter we shall proceed as if you had provided such agreement"
Please can the 30 days be a field that is set firm wide in the Oversuite set up as we use 10 days and I'm sure other firms have different time frames too.
