When creating a proposal allow a section for a renewal reminder, so we can update our service levels every 3 months. Rather than just the client year end which it currently on reminds on.
Yes happy for them to be added to the weekly report. As the minute I have it disabled as it gives me false/no information, but if this was a feature of it then yes I would definitely use it.
