It is useful for our practice to be able to breakdown the data, filter and add columns by client manager. For instance, I can provide each client manager a list of their specific AML tasks and how many are waiting on them. Especially in the beginning if we transition to GoProposal AML, it will be a lot of manual work to get the process up to date in your system and would be helpful to pull the data to follow. It is also helpful for us to be able to pull the data out and manipulate it as needed to submit to at the director level when required.

Thanks for your suggestion. Out of interest, what makes you prefer to export to CSV, as opposed to using the filters on the Contact Hub dashboard?
Using the filters you can see all assessments 'to do'. 'approve' etc in one view.
