When you filter for “Live” proposals, I would have expected those that have Clients not yet either been “won” or “lost”, however if you have created another version of the proposal following a meeting or something because the initial proposal is still classed as “Live” it is showing on the list even though the Client has been won or lost on the next proposal version in some instances by us marking as “Won” during meeting. Perhaps we could mark these previous versions somehow - Superseded ?

Hey, thank you for your suggestion. For now, you should be able to mark these versions as lost manually, however we have a more effective solution to this under consideration as part of the GoProposal rebuild.
