I would love if old proposals where to come up at the top of the proposal lists marked with a specific color after a set number of months as a reminder to conduct a fee review.
We are currently in the process of putting all existing clients on the software, so the filter being a year after the accepted date wouldn't work to help remind us to do a renewal. Is there no way you can search for proposals created for specific year ends? This way staff members could filter for each month and generate new ones and review where necessary?
Hey Alexander, it's set to 1 year after the proposal was accepted, yep. You can also edit the renewal date from the Contact record itself. Find Contact > View > Edit Details > Edit renewal date

What are that based on? Is it a set time since the proposal where signed? Can I set this parameter my self?

In the meantime I created a Zap in Zapier to produce a task into Todoist. Feel free to use in the meantime.
