Commission Notification letter - just first name and their address

At the moment the Commission Notification letter says Dear First Name Last Name and has no address for the person or business.

It just looks a bit unprofessional to be honest


Please could we have it set up like a traditional letter. So their address (it's on the proposal so could be pulled through), with their full name and business name and also just a Dear First Name
