Currently the Start Date and Financial Year End Date are right next to each other which makes it seem like they are related. But after speaking with GP, it seems that these are supposed to be two separate sets of dates. For example, the start date might be November 2021, but they fiscal year end date might be December 2021 or October 2021. This is confusing to many prospects because they think the start date is the fiscal year start date, not the engagement date. There should be two sets of dates in my opinion: (1) a start date (mandatory) with an optional end date, and (2) an optional section for financial year start date and end date.
