The import from Senta has created two records for one individual. In Senta a sole trader has ONE record but the import to the Contact Hub has created two records. One as an organisation and one as an individual.
It doesn't seem to be pulling through the proposals on either Contact Hub record.
The guidance from Val due to Consumer Rights was to have a separate proposal from the individual for the self assessment and for the sole trader business as the latter doesn't have the same rights.
The Contact Hub seems to be ignoring this and can't cope with the one record in Senta and the two proposals so is ignoring the proposals.
The sole trader business name has been chosen on the proposal in the Company Name box with the primary contact with the individual details. The Company Name is manually added in the proposal.
The import function does not seem to be linking up the primary contact details with the sole trader business proposal. I'm guessing the Organisation record that has been created is for the sole trader business even though it says the individuals name and doesn't show any proposals for the sole trader business
The Contact Hub should show one record for an individual who is also a sole trader rather than setting up the sole trader and an organisation with the individuals name. Two separate records wouldn't work as they are one client in Senta.
Your only option is to go through every record to manually link the records and merge the records - time consuming and should not be necessary if the import worked
Also not sure if proposals are missing without checking every client using the proposal search function
