Give the option to enter the annual fee rather than having to divide this by 12 and enter a monthly amount before selecting annual. Not all figures are divisible by 12 such as £1000 which means the LOE looks incredibly unprofessional going out as £999.96. Previously this wasn't an issue as we could enter more than 2 decimal places to round to the correct annual fee.
Hi Olaide,
I was advised to vote on this idea by Russell on our support chat. Please could read the chat and update me if not being able to put same start/FYE dates is just a bug or a permanent change. I was under the impression that it was a permanent change and we should never hae been able to do it this way?!
Many thanks,
Rebecca
Hi Rebecca,
This idea that was submitted, is different from your comment, your comment is bug that is being fixed. Kindly speak with someone via the support channel to find out more
We always, since starting with GP, have sent annualised billing on our proposals instead of monthly prices. We have been able to do this by making the start date and FYE date the same. If this is no longer an option, we will be leaving GP and moving over to an alternative.
