Currently, when a proposal is accepted in GoProposal, the client is marked as “Won”, but there is no integration with Sage for Accountants to continue the onboarding process.
This results in manual duplication of work, where the same client information (name, company details, contact details, services) must be re-entered again into Sage.
The idea is to create a direct integration between GoProposal and Sage for Accountants so that once a proposal is marked as “Won”:
A new client is automatically created in Sage for Accountants
Key client details are transferred (company name, director name, email, phone, address)
Selected services in GoProposal are mapped to Sage services/subscriptions (e.g. accounting, VAT, payroll)
The client is immediately ready for onboarding and work
This would create a seamless workflow from proposal → signed engagement → active client, removing manual steps and improving efficiency.
