Although GoProposal proposals allow for variations such as say 10 payslips at £5, this does not flow through to the invoice and the line item appears on the invoice as 1 item at £50. Currently, for each proposal, we have to amend the payroll line on the invoices in Xero to show the number of payslips that we are charging for. This means that the team member doing the payroll can easily go in and amend the monthly invoice to reflect any changes in the payroll numbers for the following month. That way, both the client and us know exactly what we are charging for and we don't end up 6 months later not having charged for any increases in the payroll. It would make it so much easier and save so much time if the proposal numbers flowed through to the invoice as they are on the proposal.
