The ability to create your own user defined fields, ie Date of Birth, National Insurance number etc of potential new clients would be very useful.
it would be great to have this function as it could do away with most if not all of our new client pack

I would say on the create proposal tool would be best but other users may prefer it in Contact Hub. Maybe both sections could allow the functionality.
