Being able to just change the start date of a proposals without it using up another proposal subscription when a client doesn't sign in time

I'm just a small, sole practitioner and at the moment can only afford the 5 proposals a month subscription with GP. It's therefore really frustrating when a client hasn't signed a fee proposal and I need to move the start month forward, as this has not only used up a proposal in the month I originally produced the fee proposal but it also uses up another proposal from the next month's subscription too!

    Hi again Danielle.

I raised this through the chat with one of your client success team members (Chloe) yesterday but she told me that just editing the proposals with a new start date still used up one proposal

    Thanks,

    Suzanne

I'm sorry to hear that Suzanne. Would you be able to reach out to our client success team? They will be able to help.

You can use the in-app chat support (quickest response time) or e-mail one of our official support channels.

    Hi Danielle,

Yes, Ive tried this but it seems to be using up one of my proposals each time. Ive only created and sent out two new proposals this month but have edited the start date of 4 others and now have no further proposals left for the month, with one edited proposal (TBM1137-v2) needing to be sent out with just a change to the start date perhaps Im missing something?

If youre able to look into this it would be very much appreciated.

    Many thanks,

    Suzanne

    Hey Suzanne

If you just edit the existing live version, change the date and then send that out it will create a v2 of that proposal. These don't count towards your limit.

    Have you tried this?
