As opposed to proposals and engagement letters being in PDF format, your clients will be able to login to a live portal containing all of the up to date proposal and engagement letter information.
Like this idea but not sure another portal password is a good idea so if somehow that can be avoided, then awesome!
I'm not sure my clients would welcome another Portal, it's very easy for them as it is without having to log in to something.
