We might be sat with a client discussing their 2 businesses, their payroll (which we have a separate engagement letter for) and their personal tax returns. We can produce a full proposal in the meeting so they have visibility of everything price-wise, but then to issue engagement letters, we then need to break it down into individual proposals to be able to create the engagement letters. It would be amazing if we can just produce all of the engagement letters off the back of one proposal
Hey, thought I'd drop an update in here for everyone!
We're still looking at this and hope to have some early mock ups ready to share by the end of the Quarter.
Thanks :)
Thank you very much guys.
Really helpful for us in terms of prioritisation.
I will look to do some mock ups that I can share with you all to validate my thinking around how this could work.
Are you happy for me to e-mail these across?
Danielle - the first two options are effectively the same thing in my opinion - the Directors are a separate entity
The third option is fundamental for us (though I appreciate we are probably not the norm) as we cannot use the software for engagement letters until it is resolved
For us it would allow us to send an accounting and financial preparation or compilation in one letter and our tax engagement in a second letter. Otherwise the letter to cover both must be really long.
Danielle
Most important
* Issue multiple engagement letters from one proposal so you can engage a company and then each director individually where a tax return is being provided
Next possibly
* Issue multiple engagement letters from one proposal because you are working with multiple entities
Never the third
Thank you!
Marianne

Hi Danielle
This would be useful for Company Director Tax Returns and also where we are working with Multiple Entities for one Director
Thanks

Hi Danielle, top one would be most common for us. Thanks, Jamie
Hey everyone.
I have progressed with this research, and it seems that there are different use cases for this feature request.
It'd really help me if you could choose which is MOST important to your firm.
Issue multiple engagement letters from one proposal so you can engage a company and then each director individually where a tax return is being provided
Issue multiple engagement letters from one proposal because you are working with multiple entities
Issue multiple engagement letters from one proposal because you are operating as multiple entities (a payroll team, compliance team etc).
Thank you
Hi Jamie, I've reached out to you over e-mail. John, i'll wait to see what the team come back with after seeing you today. Thanks :)
I would like to have some input on this one if possible.
Hi Danielle - I've got the team over at our office tomorrow, so guess I can just chat with them about it? If not, happy to jump on a call with you
Hey guys,
I'm looking to do some further research on this one, as we need to consider it as part of future plans for GoProposal.
Please drop me a message, or respond here, if you are free for a one on one interview over the next 2 weeks.

This is a HUGE issue for our firm!!!! Would love to see the ability to add as many engagement letters as applicable, per proposal.
We're definitely taking it into consideration guys, and we'll be in touch when the time is right!
boo, got all excited. This is a game changer, pls make it happen.
Sorry guys, this was a mistake.
This has changed to "shipped" but isn't actually a feature? Whilst it's now possible to generate an engagement letter without a proposal, that's not the same as what John suggested (which would be a lot better).
Sorry if I'm being daft, but what does the status of "shipped" mean?
Sure Danielle, this afternoon (Monday) or Thursday morning are both pretty clear - 07912 230502
