We were always under the impression that proposals marked as Lost could then not be signed/approved in Go Proposal by the client. It was only when a 'Lost' proposal was recently approved and I queried this that I learnt that is not actually the case....we strongly feel this needs amending and all proposals marked as Lost should not subsequently be able to be signed by the client.

Agree - Clients are good at doing things like this. The Proposal could be over a year old and therefore far less than current rates.
Agree - I had a client sign after I marked the proposal as lost.

Totally agree a lost proposal should never be signable after being marked as lost
