'Printed/Filed' button on the actions list

Add a 'Printed' or 'Filed' button on the actions list to enable multiple users to know that the document has already been filed in a physical file.

Enter an annual fee that is not a one off

Give the option to enter the annual fee rather than having to divide this by 12 and enter a monthly amount before selecting annual. Not all figures are divisible by 12 such as £1000 which means the LOE looks incredibly unprofessional going out as ...

One off tasks - Bright Manager

In the integration for line items to Bright manager, can you add a option for this line item to make a one off task instead of linking it to a service in Bright manager.

Allow quotes for items on hourly billing

We prefer to bill bookkeeping on an hourly rate and also complete VAT returns at the same time but as there is no option to set up hourly billing we cannot add the services with an engagement letter to the proposal

Option to generate reports to show a list of clients who have a particular service

It would be helpful to be able to report a list of clients who take up a particular service, for example, those who have registered office.

Allow disengagement letter to cover multiple entities

I create engagement letters that do not have line items in, because of this when i create a disengagement letter it only covers the first entity even if there are multiple included in the engagement letter.

Filter to sort proposals by Signed, won date

We have so many proposals for many advisors. We can't remember the created dates. All we care about if the won or signed date. This would allow us to review all won proposals by the most recent easily.

The ability to duplicate packages to give me a head start building a similar one, so that I don't need to build each new one from scratch

This would save time when developing packages, especially if you want to create eg three tiers of package, each building on the one before.

Incorporate practice name into outgoing email address (remove 'mailgun')

Emails would appear more authentic and legitmate if we can incorporate our firm name into the outgoing email address, or send from our personal email address/a central firm email address

User Permissions

Prevent users being able to edit the details when completing a proposal and/or letter of engagement. Being able to set up a role where it locks the proposal introduction, letter of engagement, customer email and staff email.
