Ability to sort Dashboard for draft proposals

To be able to sort the dashboard by draft proposals in the same way that you can with the Proposals tab

Show total annual fee for each service

If changing the billing option to show the annual fee - the breakdown for each service remains as the monthly fee total. It would be useful if the breakdown updated to show each services annual fee if this option is selected.
