Proposals Automatically Set To Lost After 30 Days

Currently, proposals are not set to lost until you set this manually. Automatically setting a proposal to lost after the proposal validity period could be useful in providing the flags required to create follow up actions.

Add Renewal Date Required & Reminder

When creating a proposal allow a section for a renewal reminder, so we can update our service levels every 3 months. Rather than just the client year end which it currently on reminds on.

The ability to add new and custom sections to OverSuite

Currently you can add new (custom) paragraphs to the OverSuite Engagement Letters, however the ability to add new sections at the end and throughout the terms and conditions would be great.

Show total annual fee for each service

If changing the billing option to show the annual fee - the breakdown for each service remains as the monthly fee total. It would be useful if the breakdown updated to show each services annual fee if this option is selected.

Ability to run reports and extract data from contact screen

It would be useful to add fields to the contact screen (in my case client ref) but would be useful to be able to add custom fields. More importantly it would be great to be able to run reports and extract data into .csv from the contact screens.

Price breakdown per entity when using multiple entities

It would be quite confinient, when in the proposal there would also be a breakdown per entity of the price. Now we have to do this outside of the system.

Provide sizing guidelines for upload of branding logos etc

It would be useful to have guidelines based on sizes of space, eg. height and width, rather than just MB size so that we can upload branding into the different spaces provided.
