The automatic email a client receives after signing their letter of engagement.
It would be good to have 1 version for NEW clients and another version for EXISTING clients (renewals).
I.e. be able to select for each proposal.
For example default email says things like:
1. and to make your transition over to us super smooth.
2. Look forward to getting things started with you.
Clearly these are not appropriate for existing clients/renewals.
