Sometimes the wording on the disengagement letter doesn't fit in with the client we are sending it to, for example, if they were a client before we began using Go Proposal they may not have had a letter of engagement generated on here but we cant access the disengagement without first having the client accept a proposal. This means we're having to generate a "fake" proposal which we accept and to be able to generate the disengagement.
Upvote for this - Also, currently the disengagement letters (and similar) pull through the logo/office address from the date that the proposal (if present) was signed. This means if you move office or update your logo all disengagement letters for any clients prior to that date won't have the correct information on them. Very frustrating.
