At the moment you can only use zapier to send data OUT of GP. But those who use other CRMs cannot automate the customer journey where they go through a process in the crm before agreeing to get a proposal sent. We would like it that if say a deal is at quote stage, its send the contacts info into GP, to then have a team member create and send the proposal.
