If a proposal is manually marked as won, only the staff member in charge gets an email notification of acceptance, need ability to put another email / employee on to get the email
Hi Olaide, we already have the "Wahoo" email set to send to a second email, but if the proposal is marked as Won manually, it appears it only goes to the person who marked the email as Won
Hi Kat, you can currently do that, when you add an additional email to the template and mark as won, it sends to the additional staff member. If this does not happen for you in your app, then it is a bug that will need to be fixed.
