When selecting Won as the status of reports in the Proposals tab it should only show you the one marked as won and not all previous versions of this proposal

In the proposals tab when I try to create a report of all 'Won' proposals in the last year it doesn't only show me the current Won proposal as it also shows me all previous versions of each proposal even though they have a status of 'Live'.

Quantity field not limited to whole numbers.

Sometimes the quantity field needs to be a fraction of a whole number. At the moment, when 1.5 is entered it is rounded up to 2 and when 1.4 it is rounded down to 1. The "do not round" check box only works for the cash and not the quantity.
