Add Quarterly billing to clients

Allow pricing to be set by a quarterly charge rather than monthly or annually

A pay as you go membership to pay per proposal

For small firms and sole trader accountants who don't have high income, it would be very helpful if there was a pay as you go option to pay per proposal sent. I do not have the cashflow to pay £137 per month to send out approx 2 proposals.

Automatic Annual Price Increase for all Service Lines

It would be great if we could set a % price increase each year so that all line items are automatically increase by this % on a certain date.

Allow calendar-year Alignment Fee and/or manual override of Alignment Fee

The Alignment Fee does not allow us to distinguish between services we charge based on a calendar year (annual services such as payroll reconciliations) and services we charge based on the client's financial year (such as year-end tax preparation)...

In order to report on historic dates of proposals won, it would be incredibly helpful for the "date proposal won" data field, which is viewable in GP to be included in the export
