Commission Notification letter - use full month not abbreviated Merged

Please can we change the months in the shown text on the Commission Notification letter from Jul to July

So show the full month word not the abbreviated word - it just looks unprofessional at the moment

    Is there a reason why this won't be implemented? It must surely just be a format choice in the line of code to change?
